We coach Obsessed members closely. There are only so many people we can do that for without diluting the work. The cap is real.

No catch. The first 50 people to subscribe to Engaged get $29/month locked in for as long as they stay subscribed. After 50 founders are in, the price goes to $39/month. If you cancel and rejoin later, you'll come back at the regular rate.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Most people start at Engaged to get the foundation in place, then move to Dedicated once they want phased programming and coach input. Obsessed is the only tier that requires applying when at capacity.
What happens when Obsessed hits 20 members?
A waitlist activates. We don't take new Obsessed clients past 20 because that's the number we can coach closely without the work suffering. When a current member graduates or moves to a different tier, the next person on the waitlist is invited in.
Why such a big jump between Dedicated ($89) and Obsessed ($299)?
Because the work is fundamentally different. Dedicated is structured programming with scheduled check-ins and a coach reading your data. Obsessed is custom programming, ongoing macro adjustments, direct messaging, and a monthly video call — that's an active relationship with a coach, not a service tier. We priced it at what it actually costs us in coaching hours.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All three tiers are month-to-month with no contract. Cancel from your account settings and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
What's the app actually like?
The app is built on HubFit, the highest-rated coaching platform on the market. Workouts, nutrition, check-ins, habits, community, and direct messaging all live in one place. See the app in detail →
Do I need any equipment?
Most programs assume access to a basic gym (barbell, dumbbells, cables, bench). Sable's programming includes options for dumbbell and kettlebell-only training at home. If you're working with limited equipment, mention it in your intake — we'll match your program to what you have.
What if I'm not sure which tier is right?
Start with Engaged. It's $29 (founders pricing) and gives you the full app, the programs library, nutrition tracking, and community access — enough to know whether the system works for you. When you want progression and coach input, move up. We'd rather have you start at the right level for where you are than pay for what you're not using yet.
