The Challenge

Simple rules. Real stakes.

Every rep you log between May 18 and June 8 counts toward your total. Live leaderboard. Badge tiers. One winner.

01

Every rep counts.

Studio workouts. Programs. Anything you log in the app between May 18 and June 8 counts toward your 1,000.

02

Auto-tracked. No manual logging.

Reps roll into the leaderboard automatically the moment you log a workout. Nothing to remember, nothing to enter twice.

03

Live leaderboard. Real community.

See where you rank. See where everyone else is. Post your wins. Cheer your competition. The community is half the work.

The Math

1,000 reps in 21 days.

That's about 48 reps per day. One workout most days. Or stack heavier and take rest days. The challenge meets you where you are.

  • 1 Subscribe to any tier before May 18 to be entered automatically.
  • 2 Train as you normally would — every logged rep across all your workouts counts.
  • 3 Earn badges as you climb — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond.
  • 4 Hit 1,000 first, or place top of the leaderboard by June 8.
1,000
Reps · 21 Days

≈ 48 reps/day
One sensible workout. Or train hard, take rest, hit it again.

How you win

Three ways to take the podium.

First to 1,000 wins. After that, the leaderboard decides who places second and third by total reps and badge count.

1st

First to 1,000 reps

The first subscriber to log their thousandth rep takes the win. Could be day 14. Could be day 21. The clock decides.

2nd

Highest reps by June 8

If you don't hit 1,000, total reps logged across the 21 days takes second place. Volume wins.

3rd

Most badges earned

Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond. Stack them. Most badges by close-out takes third.

In the app

See where you stand. In real time.

Warrior Path

Five badges. Five milestones. One legend.

Every 200 reps, a new rank. Earn them in order. Stack them across the 21 days. The last one is the goal.

Questions

Everything you need to know.

If we missed something, email us — [email protected].

Do I have to be subscribed before May 18 to compete? +
Yes. The challenge auto-enters every active subscriber on the start date. You can sign up after May 18 and still participate, but you'll be playing catch-up — the people who joined on day one have a head start.
What counts as a rep? +
Any rep you log in a workout inside the app between May 18 and June 8. Studio workouts, programs, anything tracked in the app. The system pulls from your workout logs automatically — you don't need to count or report anything separately.
Which tier do I need? +
Any tier. Engaged ($29/mo founders pricing), Dedicated ($89/mo), or Obsessed ($299/mo) — all subscribers are auto-entered. Engaged is the easiest entry point and includes everything you need to participate.
What do the badges actually do? +
Badges are milestone markers — Bronze at the first threshold, then Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond as you stack reps. They unlock automatically. They show on your profile. They count toward placing third by close-out.
What's the prize for winning? +
Bragging rights, badges on your profile, and a feature in the community feed. We're not giving cash prizes — the win is the work. (And, if we're honest, the work is the point of subscribing in the first place.)
Can I do 1,000 reps in one workout to win on day one? +
Technically? Yes. Practically? Don't. The challenge rewards consistent training over 21 days, not heroic single sessions. You'd also be missing the point — the leaderboard, the community, the badges, the work. But if you really want to try it, no rule says you can't.
What happens after the challenge ends? +
Your subscription continues. You keep access to the app, your programming, your check-ins, the community. The next challenge follows shortly after. Founders pricing on Engaged is locked for life as long as you stay subscribed — the rate doesn't go up.
