Most fitness apps assume the answer is more — more reps, more programs, more content. We've built our coaching on the opposite belief: that progress is what happens when effort, intention, and recovery are tuned to each other.

That's calibration. It's what we coach. It's the difference between training that changes you and training that just exhausts you.

Sable's coaching is for women who want a serious training partner — not a wellness brand.

Her background is in functional fitness and physique work, paired with mind-body movement disciplines like yoga and pilates. She programs strength training built around dumbbells and kettlebells when needed, and her nutrition coaching is grounded in whole foods, meal planning, and the kind of habits that actually hold up week to week.

She works with women who want to build real confidence under load, train with intention rather than just intensity, and develop a sustainable approach to food that doesn't require an app to count for them.

Coaches men and women

Joshua's coaching is for people who want to actually understand the why behind the work.

His specialty is resistance training, calisthenics, and bodyweight skill development — the kind of programming that builds serious strength while teaching you what your body is capable of when it's coached, not just exercised. He works with clients across barbell strength, calisthenics progressions, performance-focused training, and body recomposition.

The work is direct, structured, and built on the principle that good programming should produce visible results without producing burnout. Clients who train with him want progression, want to know what their numbers mean, and want a coach who'll tell them when something isn't working.
